At WOW SIGNS, we take pride in delivering fully customized products made to your specifications. Due to the nature of our work, we do not offer refunds or returns on custom orders, as they cannot be resold or repurposed.

Order Approval & Responsibility

  • Before production begins, customers are required to review and approve all artwork and specifications.

  • Once approval is given, we cannot make changes or offer refunds, as the order is created specifically for you.

Corrections & Issue Resolution

  • If an error occurs due to our mistake, such as incorrect specifications or production defects, we will take full responsibility and provide a resolution, which may include a replacement or correction at no additional cost.

  • If the product matches the approved artwork and specifications, we cannot offer refunds or replacements, as the order was fulfilled as requested.

Damages & Shipping Issues

  • If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.

  • We are not responsible for damages caused after delivery.
