Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 2 business days after payment confirmation and Artwork approved .

  • We do not ship on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Options

  • We offer standard and express shipping. Estimated delivery times:

    • Standard Shipping: 5 to 7  business days

    • Express Shipping: 2 business days

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as carrier delays or weather conditions.

Liability

  • WOW SIGNS is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather events, or other factors beyond our control.

  • We are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages after delivery. Customers should contact the carrier directly for resolution.

  • Customers are responsible for providing a correct shipping address. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses will not be refunded.
